Our partners bring specialist pest knowledge — identification, treatment and termite management — and through our links with the design and development community we can also connect you with expert advice on engineering and building survey matters.

03 — Vision
We employ fully licenced and insured Professional Completed Residential Building Inspectors, Pest Inspectors and Pool Safety Inspectors to give you confidence in the condition of a property.
Together with our professional pest inspection partners, we provide a detailed visual appraisal highlighting existing defects and areas of concern.
You are invited to be present during the inspection so our qualified inspector can answer questions before you proceed.
We also offer practical completion and pre-handover inspections for new builds, checking works against contracts, variations and acceptable standards. Note: a practical completion inspection is not a final building inspection.
